دکتر بهزاد داورنیا، سرپرست دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اردبیل، در مراسم تکریم و معارفه سرپرست معاونت‌های آموزش، بهداشت و فرهنگی و دانشجویی، بر اهمیت مسئولیت‌پذیری و امانت‌داری در نظام دینی و ضرورت خدمت به مردم تأکید کرد. وی همچنین از مدیران دانشگاه خواست با کاهش فاصله اندیشه تا عمل و بهره‌گیری از چشم‌اندازها و سندهای سیاست‌گذاری شده، به اهداف تعیین‌شده دست یابند و رضایت مردم و کارکنان را جلب کنند.
Dr. Behzad Davarniya , in the farewell and appointment ceremony of the heads of the Education, Health, Culture and Student Affairs departments of Ardabil University of Medical Sciences, thanked the former deputy heads for their efforts. He said: In our religious system, responsibility is referred to as a trust and a mission, and during the period of holding this position, the individual is responsible for serving the people.
He expressed hope that the results of his work and the colleagues who will be in the management team of the university in this period will be as expected by the health and education system in the province, and the actions taken will benefit the people and the province. The head of Ardabil University of Medical Sciences, while thanking the governor of Ardabil for his unscheduled visit to the hospitals of Ardabil, stated that during these visits to Imam Khomeini (RA), Alvi and Fatemi hospitals, the governor was informed about the existing problems and issues. Referring to the difficult and complex conditions of working in the university with diverse needs, volume of tasks, responsibilities, and national and provincial health outlook, he said: The most important expectation I have from all the deans and managers of the university in the short term is to be able to improve the satisfaction of the people and recipients of services and audiences in health, treatment and educational centers. The head of Ardabil University of Medical Sciences emphasized that respect, esteem and dignity of professors and members of the academic board, and continuous and ongoing communication with faculties and educational and research groups should be at the forefront of the activities of the new educational deputy. Davarniya stated that the most important expectation from the Cultural and Student Affairs Department is close and continuous communication with all students and student organizations and associations, along with interaction with other departments. Referring to the worrisome growth rate in the country and the province, he said that at the meeting of the heads of medical universities of the country, the Minister of Health emphasized the need for effective and constructive planning to increase the population and youthfulness of the population, and therefore, more work should be done in the field of health. Davarniya said that the growth rate of the population compared to mortality in the country is not in a good situation and the population is moving towards aging and the consequences of this phenomenon, as estimates show that by 1480, the population growth rate for Iran will be 40 million people, while in neighboring countries such as Afghanistan and Pakistan, the population growth rate is 3 to 4 times higher than in Iran. According to ISNA, quoting the Public Relations of Ardabil University of Medical Sciences, the head of Ardabil University of Medical Sciences asked the managers of the university to reduce the distance between thinking and doing and implementing it based on the established policy guidelines, so that they can facilitate the achievement of the set goals and, as a result, provide satisfaction for the people and employees of the university, and compete with each other in improving service delivery to the people.
