Revathi Advaithi's passion for improving manufacturers' supply chains created a career trajectory that is both laser-focused and truly global in nature. Born and educated in India, Advaithi began her career in the U.S. at the Irish-American power management company, Eaton Corp. In 2002 she jumped to Honeywell International Inc. before returning to Eaton, becoming the company's chief operating officer.
He withstood the dotcom bubble and the Great Recession before helping triple SVB’s annual net income between 2017 and 2021 and grew the Santa Clara-based company into the country’s 14th largest bank. When venture-capital investments slowed while SVB’s stock price fell by about 66% in 2022, the Indiana native last August merely cited “a correction around valuations.” With an asset base of more than $200 billion, SVB last year started its five-year plan to invest $11.
