Molly’s Refresher is a pop-up in Oakland serving egg creams, the New York City soda fountain drink with seltzer, whole milk and Fox's U-Bet chocolate syrup.
“Having the paper cup, the humid weather, maybe a little rain coming through and holding this fizzy drink,” Watson told SFGATE. “I found this drink to be the most refreshing, special drink, and I was just in love ever since.”
“I originally put this drink on the menu because I love it and I think it’s so wonderful. But I was really surprised by people’s positive response to it,” she said. “I feel that the Bay Area or at least a lot of my peers are very into plant-based, nondairy milk. So I was just surprised how many people have been excited about the egg cream, and that’s been really fun to see.”

In the first one, she stirs the seltzer and milk together to get an exceptionally white, foamy brim before adding the chocolate syrup.
