Most likely, the weather service said, stronger winds will first be felt around 3 a.m. Thursday, in Malibu. Sunny skies with high temperatures in the 60s are forecast through Sunday, when there is a chance of a small amount of rain and snow moving in and staying through Monday. The snow level is expected to be at 4,500 feet on Sunday night and 6,000 feet on Monday.
