Chris Pratt, famous for roles in Parks and Recreation, Passengers, and Jurassic World, debuted as Peter Quill, a.k.a. Star-Lord, in 2014's Guardians of the Galaxy, and went on to appear in six further projects with Marvel Studios. This culminated in 2023's Guardians of the Galaxy Vol.
Although it's unclear when Chris Pratt will be reprising the role of Star-Lord in the MCU's future, a fan poster created by Reddit user BenSolo_Cup imagines what Pratt's debut solo film might look like. The poster, advertising Marvel Studios' potential Legendary Star-Lord film, puts Peter Quill front-and-center, sporting his iconic helmet and wielding his cosmic weapons.
What We Know About Star-Lord's MCU Future Star-Lord's new "Legendary" title could hint at several potential storylines for his MCU future, as Marvel Comics' released a 12-issue series, Legendary Star-Lord, between 2014-15 that focused on his solo escapades away from the Guardians of the Galaxy.
Now that Peter Quill is stationed on Earth, it might be easier for him to appear in a variety of other projects, particularly since several of the MCU's most prominent heroes may remember him from Avengers: Infinity War and Endgame. This could see Pratt reprise the role in The Marvels, Captain America: Brave New World, or Thunderbolts.
